Raspberry Chocolate Truffles
Nothing says Valentine’s Day like chocolate truffles. But when those off-the-shelf, discounted and preservative-laden Valentine’s sweets don’t quite fit in with your health care regimen, these truffles are a healthy alternative to show your loved ones you truly care about them (and their health). Super easy to make, the heart of these truffles contain a clean, vegan, paleo spread made of cacao, hazelnuts, and coconut sugar milled together to create a pure, thick butter. And, as an added bonus, chocolate’s role as an aphrodisiac along with the addition of energy and libido increasing superfoods like goji berries, makes this treat truly perfect for the romantic day.
